The Salad Mixture - 1 1/4 lemon juice, 3 table spoon of Fish Sauce, 1 1/2 table spoon of sugar, 1/2 Slices Onions, Slices of Lemongrass, and Chillies. Mix them well together and set aside.
Semi-fry chopped garlic, chillies, lemon peels
Add the ground chicken in ( this is about 1 1/2 pounds of chicken ), also add slice of lemongrass
Squeeze in 1/2 lemon juice in and the left-over onions and finely chopped mints
Drained out the chicken from the sauce, put in a bowl and pour in 1/3 of the salad mixture to season and coat the meat. Add the slice lettuce in and the rest of the salad mix. Mix them all well together and plate them like this ...
